A leader in the field of interventional pain management, Dr. Graf Hilgenhurst is the founder and medical director of both his own practice – Precision Pain Care – and the Spine and Pain Physicians Surgery Center. Board-certified in anesthesia and interventional pain management, Dr. Hilgenhurst specializes in the treatment of spine-related disorders such as sciatica, lumbar radiculopathy, degenerative disc disease, facet pain, SI joint pain, and whiplash injury.
Dr. Hilgenhurst has served as president of the Tennessee Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (TNSIPP). He is currently on the board of the Tennessee Pain Society and is a faculty member of several professional organizations, where he trains other physicians in advanced interventional pain management techniques. His compassionate nature and personalized approach to care has helped countless patients overcome their chronic pain and return to the activities they enjoy.
Having served in several avenues of the healthcare industry for more than two decades, Pamela brings well-rounded expertise to our team. She is an alumna of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, where she earned her MSN and graduated summa cum laude in 2001. Pamela is also a certified clinical research professional and a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.
Pamela loves animals – especially dogs – and trains and breeds Doberman Pinchers. She also enjoys water sports; she water skis, wakeboards, and loves to snorkel in the Caribbean. A former gymnast, Pamela was the Tennessee state champion in her competition group for two years.
Tonya took the family nurse practitioner tract while earning her MSN at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she graduated in 2011. Her specialty training and background in mental health and urgent care allow her to efficiently care for patients with a variety of physical and emotional needs at Precision Pain Care.
